Unacceptable Behavior
- Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Bullying, intimidation, or any form of aggressive behavior.
- Dishonesty, including falsification of company records or misrepresentation of facts.
- Deliberate sabotage or disruption of company operations or projects.
- Violation of company policies or legal requirements.
- Misuse or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
- Consistently delivering subpar work or deliberately cutting corners that compromise quality.
- Failure to cooperate with reasonable management requests or investigations.
Reporting Concerns
- 1.Reach out to your manager in confidence to submit concerns.
- 2.Provide as much detail as possible about the incident or issue.
- 3.Rest assured that all reports will be taken seriously and handled with discretion.
Managers will review and investigate all reported issues. If necessary, they will escalate the matter to leadership for further action.
Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract. The specific actions taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to regularly reviewing and updating this Code of Conduct to ensure it remains relevant and effective. All team members are encouraged to provide feedback on how we can improve our policies and practices.
Awareness & Training
All employees and contractors are required to read, understand, and adhere to this Code of Conduct. Employees will be asked to acknowledge their commitment to these principles upon joining ReferScout and annually thereafter.
